Privacy Policy

We do not store or deal with your credit card details on our website. We do not keep your personal details on our website. We contact customers through Facebook with presale promotions on upcoming products and we do not share these details with any third parties. If you wish to be contacted with regards to upcoming releases simply like us on Facebook.

Returns Policy

Any item(s) should be returned by recorded delivery to:
34 Upland Road, South Croydon, Surrey, CR2 6RE

If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost upon return of the item. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to us within 14 days of the delivery of the order.

If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, we will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs within 14 days of receiving the item. You must send the item back in a resalable condition with labels attached and all original packaging. We reserve the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.

If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size, or a refund may be given if no appropriate size is available. With this in mind we ask that you please use the measurements provided to find the correct product size before placing an order. Your statutory rights are not affected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here.

Payment

Our preferred payment method is through Paypal. Paypal can be used even if you do not have a Paypal account for debit and credit cards. We also accept postal orders and cheques. Items paid for by cheque will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to New Money. Bank account details are available upon request for bank transfers.
